International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference IVNC 2017
The 30th International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference IVNC 2017 was held in the Herzogssaal in Regensburg (Germany) on 10-14th July 2017.
The Conference was aimed at building better understanding of physical, chemical and other properties of nanoscale electron beams through various mechanisms of field emission, technologies of growing and creating new cathodes and vacuum electronic devices.
The 150 representatives of the 16 countries took part in the Conference. ETU “LETI” participated in the International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference for the first time. On the poster session Prof. Victor Luchinin, the Head of the Micro- and Nanoelectronics department and Prof. Alexey Ivanov, the Head of the Microwave Electronics department presented results of the Project 15-19-30022 funded by the Russian Science Foundation.
