Beneq and ETU joint ALD laboratory

Students and teachers are welcome to visit a seminar devoted to the Grand Opening of ALD Application Laboratory (AppLab) - a joint laboratory by Beneq Oy and St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University.

The laboratory aimed at developing new ALD applications and serving the Russian thin film market.

The seminar will take place on Friday, November 15th, in a conference room of the 5th building of ETU. The event will be held in Russian and English, with simultaneous translation provided on site. The event starts at 12:00.
