ETU in the hundred best universities in QS University Rankings

ETU "LETI" entered the hundred best universities in the ranking of QS University Rankings: Emerging Europe and Central Asia 2014/15.

ETU "LETI" entered the hundred best universities in the ranking of QS University Rankings: Emerging Europe and Central Asia 2014/15.

While making the rankings four main factors are analyzed: the level of research, teaching, graduate employment and internationalization. The methodology includes six indicators: academic reputation, reputation among employers, proportion of teachers to students, citation index, share of international students and international faculty. 63 thousand scientists and more than 28,000 employers were examined.

The aim of QS rankings is the recognition of universities as multilateral organizations and global comparisons of achievements, including world-class universities.

In amount of higher education institutions represented in the rankings, Russia with 26 universities is a leader. Another three leaders are Turkey and the Czech Republic, followed by Poland, Kazakhstan, Hungary and Ukraine.
