Seminar on use of various instruments of public-private partnership for innovation in the Ministry of Education and Science with the participation of officials of higher educational institutions and scientific organizations was held from 25 to 27 June at our University.

Seminar participants - representatives of universities of North-West Federal District - attended a series of lectures by leading Russian specialists on declared subject.

The report "State incentive tools of Advanced Research Projects" was made ​​by Deputy Director General of LLC "Inconsult K" D.V. Bourgeev and project manager of LLC "Inconsult K" V.G. Speicher.

Head of Monitoring innovation infrastructure department and business entities of
Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Research Institute - Federal Research and Consulting Center of Expertise" N.B. Hramov and his deputy V.F. Fedorkov submitted two reports - "Evaluation of innovation environment in universities participating in implementation of resolution of Government of Russian Federation dated April 9, 2010 № 219 "and "Household society and economic partnerships created by budgetary autonomous institutions of science and education organizations. "

Managing director of Federal State Autonomous Institute "Russian Foundation for Technological Development" S.L. Musher made report "Institutes of Russian Federation. Role and place of development institutions in economy of Russian Federation" at the seminar.

Deputy Director General of JSC SPC "Module" P. Panov told about electronic catalog of high-tech equipment and facilities, research capacity, its principles of construction and use.

Deputy Director General  of JSC "Interdepartmental Analytical Center" V.I. Dovgiy spoke on "Modern tools for public-private partnership for innovation in order to ensure long-term development of Russian economy."

Representatives of all universities of North-West prepared presentations about development of innovation dynamics from 2010 to 2014. Ten of them, who were selected by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation, have been shown to the audience. ETU presentation was presented by Vice-Rector for Research M. Y. Shestopalov.

The seminar was attended by representatives of more than 30 institutions of higher education and research institutions of North-West Federal District.
