ETU students are among the winners of theoretical and practical student work on personal diplomas of EMC and Microsoft
Students of the ETU were among the winners of the contest of Laboratory Open Source and Linux Lab - OSLL.
Laboratory of open source of software and mobile platforms (Open Source and Linux Lab - OSLL), existing within Department of Software Engineering and Computer Applications, brings students, teachers and professional developers from various universities and organizations together. Work in the laboratory gives opportunity to realize their ideas and projects to the students, for whom it is no enough just to study in the university, but it is important to gain experience and real industrial development. XI Youth Conference "Microsoft Technologies in the theory and practice of programming in 2014" took place on March 25, 2014 in St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University. Co-founders of it were EMC and Microsoft companies. Results of competition on theoretical and practical student work on personal diplomas EMC and Microsoft were summed up at the conference. Among the winners of the contest were two student teams of Laboratory Open Source and Linux Lab - OSLL.
Team of T. A. Berlenko, K.A. Fertikova (5th year, the ETU), V. A. Grozina (3rd year, ITMO) took second place in section “Approaches to software development on base of EMC technology”.
Team of L. A. Skorospelova, N.S. Razdobreeva (2nd year, the ETU), M. M. Zaslavskiy (6 year, St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University) took third place in section “Approaches to software development on base of EMC technology”.
Project Embedded Routing (Berlenko, Fertikov, Grozin) (in Russian)
Purpose of this project is to develop a mechanism for sending the response via the same interface and the gateway through which the request came.
Project Source Code Analyzer (Skorospelova, razdobreeva, Zaslavskiy) (in Russian)
Purpose of the project was to develop a tool to analyze software projects (Source Code Analyzer) which would allow to create a knowledge base of software artifacts, set annotated communication between them, to visualize them with infographics methods.
