The 4th workshop on radio engineering
4th workshop "Information and Communication Technologies in digital world" will be held on October 31 - November 1, 2014. The ETU is the organizer.
Saint-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" with the assistance of Committee for Informational Support and Communication, Committee on Science and Higher Education of Government of St. Petersburg is the organizer of the 4th workshop "Information and Communication Technologies in digital world", held on the basis of scientific-educational center “Digital communication technologies” on October 31 - November 1, 2014. Partners of the workshop are St. Petersburg organization of All-Russian public organization "Russian Scientific and Technical Society of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Communications of Popov "(SPbNTORES), JSC "Factory of Kozitskiy"(St. Petersburg), JSC "NPO Radar MMS", JSC "Scientific-Research Institute "Vector".
As part of the school-seminar scientific reports of young professionals, post-graduate students, students, students and speeches before the participants of the leading specialists in the field of electronics and communication are planned.
Plenary meeting will be held on October 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the conference hall of building 5 of ETU.
Registration starts at 10:30 a.m.
As part of the school-seminar Interuniversity regional Olympics on radio engineering will be held on November 1, 2014. Olympics starts at 10:00.
Subjects of reports at the seminar:
- Radio engineering systems of information exchange;
- information technologies of designing of radioelectronic equipment;
- transmission, reception and processing of signals and images;
- TV and video;
- theoretical foundations of Radio Engineering;
- antennas and phased antenna arrays;
- microwave technology;
- telecommunication electronics.
Reports adopted at the workshop will be included in the conference proceedings.
For making presentations and publications in conference proceedings one must submit to the Organizing Committee materials in the form of short articles (no more than 2 pages for sectional reports and 4 pages for plenary papers) not later than October 20, 201, drawn up in accordance with the attached requirements as well as expert findings for the public media in 1 copy and information about the authors (place of work or study, position, academic degree and title, contact numbers, postal address, e-mail).
